Cinematique Instruments releases Jetlag for Kontakt

24th November 2011

Cinematique Instruments has announced the release of Jetlag for Kontakt.

Jetlag is a sequencer based pattern generator. Like Geiger Counter, it is a non-harmonic percussive module which is best suited to give your music production a contemporary percussive fundament. It works perfectly to complement Geiger Counter. You can easily create groovy electronic and undefined patterns or add-on loops.

Jetlag comes with three different sound groups which can create numerous sound colors: There are six warm bass drum sounds in different lengths. Secondly Jetlag provides a assortment of six different rim shots – also arranged in length and thickness. And finally there is a collection of well sorted noises and clicks.

For modifying the character of your pattern, Jetlag provides a unique new feature called "Continuous Random Pattern" which works as a self generating pattern and fills every 16th note with a different sound/pause. Besides that there are plenty of further options to change the sound to your very own requirements: low- and high-pass filter (with a random high- and low-pass modulator), distortion-, lofi- and speaker switches, a cacophony switch, separate fader to set the length and volume of all three tracks and separate slider to set the amount of two delays and a reverb.

Jetlag runs in standalone mode as well as in-sync to your host application. Select one of the six different samples by clicking the left mouse button and moving it over on the 16th note of your choice to play the sound. That's it. Besides that Jetlag provides shuffle- and tempo modes and finally load/save switches to save/recall your entire setting of Jetlag.

The pricing is €17.
