Sound Magic updates Neo EQ to v1.2

Sound Magic has updated Neo EQ to Version 1.2.

Changes:

Adjust Slider Position.
Fixes the automation names.
Improves filter performance under some settings.
Cancel mono version and now stereo version can also handle mono signal correctly.
Many minor changes.
