Multi Delay v0.0.5 released

Multi Delay has been updated to v0.0.5.

Changes:

Some additional presets.
Delay time is shown in milliseconds per default.
Volume is shown in decibel now.
Works now with Live 4.
Bugfix: other effects/instruments won't open in Logic if Multi Delay is shown.
Bugfix: on displays less then million colors graphics are not visible.
Bugfix: filter type is not updated for BandPass on preset change.
