SynthFont v0.9.7.2 released

SynthFont has been updated to v0.9.7.2.

Changes:

When muted a track while playing, the note currently played was kept on hold until you pressed stop.
VST instruments were sometimes out of tune do to en error in the pitch wheel function.
The lists of VST effects and instruments in Setup could sometimes be mixed up if an effect could not be fully loaded by SynthFont.
There were still problems with reading some non-standard midi files.
Much improved handling of VST instruments.
Many more minor bugs fixed.
