SynthFont v0.9.7.3 released

SynthFont has been updated to v0.9.7.3.

Changes:

Fixed: You could not use a DLS or a GIGA file as the default SoundFont.
Fixed: There was an error in reading percussion instruments from DLS files.
Fixed: The NOTE OFF function sometimes did a "CUT SHORT" instead of a normal decaying note off.
