BigTick updates Rhino to v2.11

BigTick has updated Rhino to version 2.11.

Changes:

• Fixed minor bugs.
• Fixed the horrible distortion feedback with many presets.
• The standalone is gone. If you need a standalone, use Savihost or wait for Big Tick's upcoming, generic mini standalone host.
• The Windows installer includes both 32- and 64-bit versions.
