KVRDC12: Max Brezhestovski - Agr - MIDI Step Sequencer with variable number of steps

Here's what they say about it:

It is not supposed to produce any sound. It outputs MIDI Note and Controller messages.

The number of steps is variable so that it can work with any time signatures.

A built-in randomizer/curve generator can produce interesting sequences which can be recorded to a MIDI track.
