Protootr releases Mix Buddy for iOS

Protootr has released Mix Buddy, a new pro audio App for iOS devices that helps beginning and intermediate audio engineers find the characteristic frequencies – named EQ Blueprints – of many different instruments.

EQ Blueprints tell you what effect the characteristic frequencies have on the sound of the instrument when adjusted with equalization. Together with plenty of audio mixing tips for each instrument, the EQ Blueprints help you shape the sound of the instruments in your Mix. Last but not least, Mix Buddy contains a growing library of video tutorials on mix technology and mixing tips plus a handy note reference with MIDI note numbers, frequencies and more.
