Nikolozi Meladze updates Easy MIDI to v1.3.1

Nikolozi Meladze has updated Easy MIDI to version 1.3.1.

New in Version 1.3.1:

Added a Mini View.
Added an ability to enable/disable vertical mouse move sending MIDI modulation messages.
Easy MIDI now correctly recalls last active Chord Set.
Overall UI improvements.
