IK Multimedia updates AmpliTube for iPhone and iPad to v2.9 - Adds new Loop Drummer module

IK Multimedia has announced the release of a significant update of AmpliTube for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
What's New in Version 2.9
- Loop Drummer module plays in sync with the recorder.
- Preroll function added to recorder.
Loop Drummer automatically syncs to the transport of AmpliTube's recorder, allowing you to record your parts with a solid drum track anchoring the rhythm.
Loop Drummer comes with a selection of rock loops, and you can easily expand your collection with low-cost in-app purchases from the library of Style Packs. Each pack comes with 64 drum loops, organized in eight different song-sets called Grooves. Style Packs available for Rock, Blues, Country, Pop, Funk, Punk, Metal, and Electro, totaling more than 500 loops.
Pricing & Availability
The new AmpliTube 2.9 update is now available in the App Store as a free update for all previous AmpliTube users on iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
For new users AmpliTube 2.9 costs $19.99 / €15,99. An LE ($2.99 / €2,39 - iPhone only) and a FREE version of AmpliTube 2.9 for iPhone or iPad are also available with a limited set of gear models included.
