VSTHost updated to v1.14

VST Host, the freeware, open source "test host", has been updated to v1.14.

Changes:

Improved plugin handling - can handle a lot more plugins that tended to die in the previous versions.
Improved user interface - adds toolbar buttons for Next / Previous program.
