Exponential Audio updates PhoenixVerb and R2 to v1.4

Exponential Audio has updated PhoenixVerb and R2 reverbs to 1.4. The update brings many small improvements to the reverbs, including more efficient performance, quieter preset changes, new presets and a number of small bug fixes.
