VSTHost v1.16 and SAVIHost v1.08 released

Hermann Seib has updated VSTHost to v1.16 and SAVIHost to v1.08.

New feature:

In both applications, you can now select the used ASIO channels. i.e. you're not limited to the first two channels any more. To select them, a new dialog has been added that can be called from the menu as "Devices / ASIO Channel Selection".
