ConcreteFX updates Kubik to v1.1a (+discount offer)

Changes:

• Poly and Channel Aftertouch now work properly.
• Solved problem in SX3 with long buffers.
• Pitch-bend is now more accurate.
• Kubik now responds to MIDI program changes (programs 1 to 32 work, 33 and beyond are read as program 32).
• Next / Prev program buttons now respond to single clicks.
• Solved problem with bank selector scrolling.
• Updated the number of presets supplied with kubik, now there are about 450 presets supplied with Kubik in 14 banks.
• Other small changes / bug fixes.
