Big Tick Rhino updated to v2.0.2

Big Tick has updated Rhino to v2.0.2, which enhances the presets library as follows:

• The number of presets in each category (including subcategories) is displayed, so it's now very easy to see where your presets are hiding, especially since empty categories are also greyed out.
• A new "keyword search" mode (accessed with right-click in the library) displays a flat view of all the presets matching a keyword (in the preset name, author name or preset comments).
