Audio Damage updates Liquid to v1.2.0 and Fluid to v1.3.0

Audio Damage has updated Liquid to v1.2.0 and Fluid to v1.3.0 for both Windows and OS X.

Changes:

• DRM removed.
• New digitally signed installers.
• A problem where the automation in the AudioUnit wasn't working correctly for the rate and feedback knobs has been fixed.

This is a recommended update for AudioUnit users, but not necessary for VST users at this time.
