ConcreteFX updates Kubik to v1.1b

ConcreteFX has updated Kubik to v1.1b.

Changes:

• LFO sync to tempo added.
• MIDI to sequence position using cc80 for sequence 1 and cc81 for sequence
  2.
• Default screen setup saving.
• Waveform names now shown in wave screen.
• Bigger handle in the bank loader window.
• Key to sequencer note entry working again.
• Sample loading causing divide by zero problem solved.
• Denormalization spike with key-off problem solved.
