VSTHost V1.21 and SAVIHost V1.12 released

Hermann Seib has updated VSTHost to v1.21 and SAVIHost to v1.12.

New features for both programs:

• Use all available output channels now, if no stereo pair is selected.
• Can adjust the process priority.
