Nicecast updated to v1.7

Rogue Amoeba Software has released Nicecast v1.7 which now allows for full custom MP3 settings, and features an enhanced VoiceOver plugin. The VoiceOver buffer can now be adjusted to reduce latency, and VoiceOvers will now work without needing background audio. Also included in this free update is an updated Effects window with parallel routing and support for Cocoa AudioUnits, as well as Advanced Audio Device options and an updated Instant Hijack component. This update is the first to require OS X 10.3, and it is free for registered users.
