Photosounder updates SplineEQ to v1.1.2 for Mac and PC

Photosounder has updated SplineEQ to v1.1.2.

Changes:

Fixed a bug where the interface would be the wrong size on each first instance of the plugin.
Changed the way FFT sizes are chosen for more granularity in choosing a Resolution/Delay parameter.
