Anarchy Effects plugin bundle for Mac & PC updated to v1.5.1.2

The free Anarchy Effects bundle has been updated again, this time to v1.5.1.2, fixing a few nasty issues:

Spectral Autopan: fixed a bug causing distortion for static graphs.
Fixed permission issues for all Mac VST plug-ins. (hosts like Logic Pro X were previously unable to enumerate VST plug-ins).
