Zaplin Music releases Triqtraq Sequencer for iPad (updated to v1.5)

Zaplin Music released their music app triqtraq on the iPad today. Existing users of the iPhone version can update the app to version 1.5 for free.

The new iPad layout takes advantage of the larger working area and has been optimized for live jamming. Patterns can now be recorded, played and arranged in the same window, which allows for an extra fast workflow.

The new version also features support for Inter-App Audio, making it possible to use triqtraq inside other music apps as an Inter-App Audio plug-in.

With the new audio export option "Open In...", users can export their tunes to apps such as Dropbox.

New Features:

• New interface on iPad; triqtraq is now a Universal App.
• Inter-App Audio: use triqtraq as a generator inside an Inter-App Audio host.
• "Open in..." export option: export audio to apps such as Dropbox.
• iOS 8 compatibility.
• Audiobus 2.1 support.

Pricing: triqtraq costs $3.99 / €3.59 / £2.49 on the iOS App Store, but it is available for the discounted price of $2.99 / €2.69 / £1.99 until September the 22nd, 2014.
