NuSofting updates DK+ to v1.00.001

NuSofting has updated DK+ to v1.00.001 which includes a few bug fixes plus the demo version download is now a bit smaller.

Fixes:

• DK+ works correctly now with any host in loop mode.
• Occasional crashes issue solved.
• Other minor issues (a little bit of noise at start of playback when rendering a song, etc.).
