Manx Synthesizers updates all Software Instruments to 1.3 for Windows

After a period of refinement and updating, all Manx software synthesizers currently stand at version 1.3 or higher.

Improvements are mainly to do with audio quality and CPU efficiency; there are also some cosmetic changes.
