Matthieu Brucher releases ATKSideChainCompressor v1.0.0 and updates free Audio Toolkit v0.7.0

Matthieu Brucher has announced the release of ATKSidechainCompressor, a free and Open Source dual channel compressor with side chain plug-in for 64-bit Mac OS X (10.8 minimum) and Windows (32 and 64-bit) in VST2, VST3 and AU plug-in formats.

He has also updated Audio Toolkit, a BSD-licensed audio processing library based on a pipeline concept, to v0.7.0.

Changes in 0.7.0:

• Fixed the FFT implementation.
• Added a fast zero latency convolution filter with tests and comparison with a basic FIR implementation.
• Enhanced global framework performance (Core, EQ, Tools).
• Enhanced dynamic gain filters behavior by switching between LUT or direct computation depending on the LUT state.
