Cerebrum updated to v2.4

Psychic Modulation has updated Cerebrum to v2.4 which also now includes a free MIDI sequencer plugin called ceq.

Changes:

Added drum mixer with on/off vu meters.
Added play button for using outside of host sequencer.
Improved overall sound of kick drum.
Replaced the 'click' with a 2nd pitch env for a sharper hit.
Added distortion type to kick drum.
Improved bass - now uses a dual phase distortion oscillator.
Improved pitch gate sequencers; zero point is now center (pitch changes when a slider is above or below the center point).
Various minor fixes.
Assigned main controls to MIDI cc (includes cc chart).
Main controls now ignore patch change: play, pause, reverse, activate, host, key.
Removed MIDI sequence functions for lighter load.
