Noisebud updates Smile De-harsh plugin for Windows to v2.2

Noisebud's Fletcher-Munson based De-harsher VST plugin for Windows, Smile, gets an overhauled transient engine in the new version 2.2 update.

It's now possible to set the sensitivity of the transient detecting engine and there's a preview mode to make it easier to set a musical setting.
