VB-Audio updates VB-Cable Virtual Audio Cable for Windows

VB-Audio Software has announced an update for VB-Cable, the "Virtual Audio Cable" that enables you to connect two applications together or to simply provide an audio device in specific environments where there is possibly no physical audio board (industrial, server, ...).

These new versions support all sample rates from 8 kHz to 192 kHz through all Windows Audio Interfaces (MME, DX, WDM, KS, WASAPI). It also includes a driver version for Windows Server 2003 and the WIN7 driver version has been validated on WIN8, WIN8.1 and WIN10 (32/64-bits).

VB-Cable is a simple audio driver for Windows. It appears as a new Playback device and as a new Recording device in audio system (see Windows Control Panel / Sound Dialog Box). It can be used by any audio applications, exactly like a regular audio device. All sounds sent to the Playback Device Point (in any audio format) can be captured on the Recording Device point by another application (also in any audio format).

VB-Cable A and B are also available in this new version ("pack43"). VB-Cable is distributed to end users as Donationware (The user can pay the license fee they want).
