HoRNet updates TrackUtility to v1.1.2

HoRNet has released the 1.1.2 update to TrackUtility, the audio track Swiss Army knife. This maintenance release is free for current owners of the plugin and includes:

• Added rise and fall time to auto gain processing to avoid sudden volume spikes.
• Added internal auto gain threshold to avoid applying auto gain do very low signals.
• Fixed crash on windows.
• Changed auto gain behavior on stereo signals so that no single channel can peak higher than set value (instead of the mono sum).
