HoRNet updates ELM128 to v1.1.0 - AAX Support on Windows

HoRNet has released the 1.1.0 update to ELM128, and the EBU R128 meter with normalization function.

The feature update includes:

• AAX support on Windows.
• Normalization available both for Short Term and Integrated levels.
• Added mono compatibility.
