Matthieu Brucher updates ATK SD1 to 2.0.0 and Audio Toolkit to v1.2.0

Matthieu Brucher has released version 2.0.0 of ATK SD1, a free and Open Source Boss SD1 emulation plug-in for 64-bit Mac OS X (10.8 minimum) and Windows (32 and 64-bit) in VST2, VST3 and AU plug-in formats.

He has also updated Audio Toolkit, a BSD-licensed audio processing library based on a pipeline concept, to v1.2.0.

Changes in 1.2.0:

• Added SecondOrderSVF filters from Cytomic with Python wrappers.
• Implemented a LowPassReverbFilter with Python wrappers.
• Added Python wrappers to AllPassReverbFilter.
• Distortion filters optimization.
• Bunch of fixes (Linux compile, calls, ...).
