Monocasual Laboratories release Giada 0.12.2 "Flatland" for Linux, Windows and OS X

Giada 0.12.2, codename "Flatland" has been released by Monocasual Laboratories. With this version quite a few inner changes have been introduced:

• Upgrade RtAudio to version 4.1.2 ― thanks to this change WASAPI support on Windows is finally available. Moreover the inclusion of RtAudio dependency has been simplified when compiling Giada from source code;
• plugin management improvements ― you can now sort the plugin list by name, manufacturer and type; the plugin window's size and position are finally stored properly in the configuration file;
• nasty crashes on OS X El Capitan fixed;
• minor code cleanups.
