ModeAudio has released Beat - Drum Machine Samples, the soundware developer's largest drum sample collection to date. Built around carefully recorded and precisely edited samples of the TR505, 808, 909 and Casio toy keyboard, the library's 460 drum samples are spread across 3 folders of raw, processed and layered sounds.

The collection is designed to blend the warmth and crunch of these classic drum machines with the heft and punch of modern processing. ModeAudio's custom effects chain takes in transient design, precision EQ, compression and subtle tube overdrive, producing sharp, weighty drum sounds intended to be capable of cutting through any mix.
