Steinberg updates WaveLab to v9.0.30 and Nuendo to v7.1.20

Steinberg has updated WaveLab to v9.0.30 and Nuendo to v7.1.20.

WaveLab 9.0.30 introduces several enhancements and enables WaveLab Exchange under Nuendo.

Nuendo 7.1.20 supports WaveLab Exchange. Additionally, this update adds many improvements to the VST MultiPanner and resolves several issues throughout the application.
