Sympax Machine and Guitar4 are two new synths released by Liqih at Dashsynthesis for Tassman 2.1
daSympaxMachine is basically built with a double string resonator playing the MIDI notes and a stack of other 8 resonators "the sympax stack" which can be seen either as a special tunable reverb effect or a group of 8 sympathetic strings: this means ten strings vibrating for one note played! It costs $9.95.
daGuitar4 is an electric acoustic guitar emulation which features two string modules: one for the lower range and one for the upper range of the keyboard, to allow a better reproduction of the guitar characteristic.
- Active pick-up emulation.
- Wood plate emulation.
- Many tones, clean , muted and saturated are possible with this synthetic guitar.
- Pitch bending is featured and Modulation wheel controls the amount of vibrato.
