Soundigy updates MIDI Patchbay to v1.2 and MIDI Patchbay Extended to v1.3

Soundigy has updated MIDI Patchbay to v1.2 and MIDI Patchbay Extended to v1.3.

Changes:

Added dropdown list of presets with custom names.
Fixed the app crashing issue when MIDI message received in the "Map MIDI Ports" mode.
