Widisoft has released version 1.3 of both the AU and VST versions of WIDI Audio To MIDI for Windows and Mac OS X.
WIDI Audio To MIDI is a plug-in that transcribes an arbitrary polyphonic audio track into MIDI output (i.e. Audio -> MIDI).
