Brain Control updates Tunefish to v4.1.0

Brain Control has updated the free Tunefish4 synth to Version 4.1.0 and changed its license to GPL, so the source code is now available for download on GitHub.

Changes:

• Patches will continue to be loaded if one of the files is missing.
• Combo-boxes now switch correctly when selecting a new entry.
• LFO sync fixed.
• Unneeded areas in the synth disabled to reduce confusion.
• Many small issues fixed in the codebase.
