Exponential Audio updates all plug-ins

Exponential Audio has released updates for all its plug-ins. There are lots of fixes and improvements, some quite significant. You'll find release notes in the installer packages. All of these have been tested on the newest versions of MacOS High Sierra and Windows 10.
