SonicBirth v1.0.2 available

SonicBirth version 1.0.2 is now available.

Changes:

• Drawing engine rewritten in OpenGl (more than twice as fast than before).
• AU plugin GUIs now also work in carbon only host.
• VST plugin GUIs behave much better.
• Ability to open a wrapped AudioUnit GUI from the plugin GUI.
• Changed default input/output count.
• Support for VST parameter automation.
• A few smaller bug fixes.
