Wusikstation v2.1.4 released

Wusikstation v2.1.4 is now available.

Changes:

• Fixed: SAVIhost Midi-CC/Bender problem.
• Fixed: problem with some hosts not Drawing the GUI correctly under XP Pro.
• Fixed: problem with Hyperthreading / Dual-Core / Multi-Processor machines.
• Fixed: final problems with Preset-Change, still had some issues.
• Several minor fixes.
