[CodeOperator] releases DelayPack v1.1 (incl. COSpecialDelay)

[CodeOperator] has updated DelayPack to version 1.1 which includes the addition of a new delay called COSpecialDelay.

Changes:

• Miscellaneous bug fixes.
• Minor improvements.
• Tempo-sync (host and manual) for every delay.
• Note-sync for COPingPongDelay and COSpektralDelay.
• A new delay COSpecialDelay (see here).

The next delay will follow in October with DelayPack 1.2.
