HoRNet updates VU Meter MK3 to v3.0.9

HoRNet Plugins has updated VU Meter MK3 VU meter with auto gain staging.

The new 3.0.9 version is a maintenance release and includes:

• Fixed issues with saving and loading state in WaveLab.
• Fixed issues with background rendering ins WaveLab.
• Fixed random crash with color picker.
• Fixed Auto Gain wrong value when input signal is above 0dB.
