Native Instruments Kontakt v1.02 released

We missed Kontakt's recent v1.02 update that NI sneaked out a couple of weeks ago, they also made 3 new pad instruments available for registered users!

• Crash when naming an instrument under Windows 98 in Cubase and LOGIC - fixed.
