New Sonic Arts updates Vice to v1.3607

New Sonic Arts has updated Vice to version 1.3607.

Fixes:

• When Slice Tail-mode was off, some slices would loop incorrectly (from .wav files with loop data).
• Fixed a OS X Mojave compatibility issue with the mouse cursor.
