Soundiron releases Eko Panda - Vintage Synthesizer for Kontakt

6th February 2019

Soundiron has released Eko Panda, the newest addition to their collection of vintage synthesizers and organs for Kontakt.

Soundiron's Eko Panda is designed to capture the nostalgic sound of early 70's synths. The Panda 61 is a vintage 61-key synthesizer built by the Italian electronics company Eko back in the 1960s and early 70s. The library was recorded by John Valasis, a Greek-born composer, producer and sound designer.

Soundiron says: "Eko Panda's rich and warm tone are that of a classic early monophonic synthesizer, with basic waveforms designed to very roughly approximate the sound of an electric piano, harpsichord, horns, strings and winds. We've captured 7 core voices, with both infinite sustains and tight staccatos. There are 20 custom FX presets and 40 unique sound-designed synth patches, pads, drones and atmospheres from the raw source to give you a full range of creative options while preserving the essential soul of this humble sonic pioneer."

This library has a fully-customizable user interface, modular FX rack and 20 custom FX presets designed to fit a user's unique style.

The vintage keys series offers a diverse collection of synths and organs. All with their own unique flavor, sound shaping controls and custom sound-designed FX presets.

Price: $29 - There is an intro price of $19.00 until 2/19.
