SKnote releases AAX version of SDC (Stereo Double Compressor) Mastering Compressor

SKnote has released an AAX version of SDC (Stereo Double Compressor) for Avid Pro Tools systems. The dual-stage Compressor plug-in is designed for Mastering and versatility on all kinds of audio sources.

SDC combines an Optical compressor with a VCA compressor, getting the different attributes from both worlds: slow and musical compression, to get "body" and level the average volume, and a faster compression, to tame peaks, add "snap" and control the overall envelope of the source. It's internal Mid-Side matrix is intended to make it versatile on stereo sources.
