HoRNet updates DeeLay Plus to v1.2.3

HoRNet Plugins have just updated DeeLay Plus, the digital delay with many modulation options.

The new 1.2.3 version is a maintenance release and includes:

• Fixed link time switch disengaging itself when using synced time for delay.
