Tonelib updates ToneLib-GFX to v3.9.7

Tonelib.net has released version 3.9.7 of ToneLib-GFX.

Changes:

• Added: new transformer model (sounding more natural & musical);
• Added: some CPU usage optimization;
• Fixed: the sound issue when using 96kHz presets on hardware;
• Fixed: the MIDI assignment missing issue;
