Moppel updates Miffi to v1.1

Moppel has updated Miffi to v1.1.

Changes:

Fixed crash when the modulation frequency was zero and the center frequency exceeded 22kHz.
Improved CPU check to avoid crashes on older machines.
New background image for GUI.
